1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the AuraHub store and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
2. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in USD and already include any advertised sale discount. Bundle discounts (10% on 2 items, 25% on 3 items, 33% on 4 or more) are applied automatically at checkout based on total cart quantity. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. AuraHub does not store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorized and you receive an order confirmation.
4. Shipping and delivery
Standard shipping is $4.99 and free on orders over $75, with delivery in 5–8 business days. Express shipping is $14.99 with delivery in 2–3 business days. Delivery estimates exclude weekends and are not guaranteed dates.
5. Returns and refunds
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact AuraHubinfo1@gmail.com to start a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
6. Reviews and user content
When you submit a review or photo, you confirm it is your own honest experience and you grant AuraHub a non-exclusive license to display it on the product page. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AuraHub's liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
